Talent Spotting

An important part of our role as Teaching School is to ensure a supply of high quality leaders in to the education system; this will not just be about securing headteacher supply but systematically managing up and coming leadership talent to secure a positive effect on school improvement, performance, recruitment and the retention of the best teaching talent.

We are developing a wide range of courses and programmes alongside our strategic partners and other teaching schools in the region to develop leadership skills and support succession planning at all levels.
